  • Christine L. Twining, M.D., F.A.C.E.
    Endocrinologist & Medical Director; Maine Medical Partners Center for Endocrinology and Diabetes

    Dr. Christine Twining is an endocrinologist and medical director at the Maine Medical Partners Center for Endocrinology and Diabetes, a group of eight endocrinologists in Scarborough, Maine.  She practices general endocrinology with a focus on thyroid disease, metabolic bone disease and transitional care.  She is on the clinical faculty at Tufts School of Medicine and enjoys teaching Tufts medical students and residents at Maine Medical Center, where she also serves as an advisor to Med-Peds residents.

  • Sandra L. Weber, M.D., F.A.C.P., F.A.C.E.

    Dr. Weber was admitted to the Honors Program in Medical Education at Northwestern University where she received her medical degree in 1989. She completed her internship, residency, chief residency and fellowship at the University of Miami in Miami, Fla., where she continued to practice.

  • Kathleen L. Wyne, MD, PhD, FACE

    Kathleen (Kittie) L.  Wyne, MD, PhD, FACE, has recently joined The Methodist Hospital Research Institute (TMHRI) in Houston to coordinate their clinical research program in The Diabetes Research Center.  Dr. Wyne earned her medical degree from the Pritzker School of Medicine at the University of Chicago.

  • Farhad Zangeneh, M.D., F.A.C.P., F.A.C.E.
    Assistant Clinical Professor of Medicine, George Washington University School of Medicine; Medical Director, Endocrine, Diabetes and Osteoporosis Clinic, Virginia

    Dr. Farhad Zangeneh is the Medical Director of Endocrine, Diabetes and Osteoporosis Clinic (EDOC) in Sterling, Virginia.  He is an Assistant Clinical Professor of Medicine at George Washington University. Following internship and residency in internal medicine at Thomas Jefferson University Hospitals of Jefferson Medical College in Philadelphia, he completed clinical and research fellowships in diabetes, endocrinology, metabolism, and nutrition at the Mayo Clinic, Rochester, Minnesota.  He is a fellow of the American College of Endocrinology and American College of Physicians.

  • William D. Zigrang, M.D., C.C.D., F.A.C.E.

    Dr. Zigrang graduated with honors from Johns Hopkins University and received his medical degree from Stanford University School of Medicine.  His residency and endocrine fellowships were divided between The University of Utah Medical School and University of Toledo College of Medicine, where he served on the full-time faculty and directed the Internal Medicine Clinic.
